What's included in each envelope?
Every month you'll receive:
- An original 4x6 pixel art print on 100% cotton art paper
- 2 waterproof, die-cut vinyl stickers
- A double-sided bookmark
- A handwritten note about the month's theme
- A digital download of every image from the collection
- Extra goodies (an extra sticker or two, a product sample, etc.)
When will my first box ship?
For the September first drop, order by August 25, 2026. Your first box ships September 1, 2026. Orders after the launch cutoff are placed in the next available monthly drop. Future monthly drops ship on or around the 1st of each month.
How does billing work?
You are billed immediately when you subscribe, then automatically on the 1st of each month for subsequent cycles.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your customer account. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before the 1st of the month. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping, including to the US and international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. International orders may take 2-6 weeks depending on your location and local customs processing.
What if my envelope arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at hello@pixelartmailclub.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! You can purchase a subscription and enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Just let us know in the order notes that it's a gift and we'll leave out any pricing info.
Do themes repeat?
Never! Each month features a brand new original theme and artwork.
