Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on subscription boxes.

If your box does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is missing something, please contact hello@pixelartmailclub.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order details and, if applicable, a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Digital downloads included in your subscription are non-refundable.
